Color-Coded Music Staff and Other Improvements

There are some improvements that need to be made for written music.  Written music was designed to be written with a feather pen and paper, while wearing a wig and tights.  I have a few ideas on how to make written music easier to read and less confusing.  This is not a major overhaul of the entire system, which I would prefer, but merely a few minor adjustments.

1) Eliminate all repetitive sharps and flats.  If a sharp/flat is more commonly a sharp or a flat, it needs to always be written that way.  No more A sharps - it's the same thing as a B flat anyways.  It's like having a stamp for both a 9 and a 6.  Just turn it upside down.  (Also no double sharps).

2) Evenly space notes according to their length.  All measures should have a set length on the page, and the notes should fit inside according to where they would start.  It would make counting beats easier as well as make the music look cleaner.

3) Color code the staff.  No more mistaking lines - each would have a unique color so notes can be easily read from afar.
