Talking Without Moving Your Mouth

I'm not talking about ventriloquism, which involves advanced tactics like throwing your voice, but rather a cheating sort of talking, in the same way that humming is a cheating sort of singing.  Being able to talk without moving your mouth is useful in a variety of situations, especially when you don't want other people to realize you are talking.  Suppose you are in a crowded, noisy room and you need to tell the person next to you that both of you should leave, but you need to do so in an inconspicuous manner.  By talking without moving your mouth you can turn and communicate this to them without anyone noticing that you just communicated, possibly raising suspicions.  It is still fun to try even if you aren't socially paranoid a secret agent ninja 007.

Here is something to keep in mind when attempting to talk without moving your mouth:

Certain sentences are easier to say than others.  Try saying the previous sentence, for example.  It avoids difficult sounds which almost necessitate mouth movement to properly create.  If you say the now previous sentence, you should notice that the "m," "v," and "p" sounds are nearly impossible to say.  With the english language as expansive as it is, it is easy to find synonyms without these sounds.
