How to Win at Table Tennis

Table tennis (a.k.a. ping-pong) is a great sport, and I think I have just discovered a guaranteed way to win.  It's simple - hit the edge.  Every time.

For those unfamiliar with the game lifestyle of table tennis, if the ball hits the very edge of the table on either side or the back, it bounces off in an unpredictable direction (usually most of its motion is downward).  This still counts as "in" in table tennis rules, so it is usually considered a lucky shot.

All you need to do is practice serving so you hit an edge shot every time.  Because it is legal to serve "down-the-line", this isn't terribly unreasonable.  Even if your opponent anticipates you going for this type of serve, it will be nearly impossible for them to return it.
